Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package all the way.
Delivery time
The average delivery time is 6–10 working days, depending on your location.
During busy periods, or if customs checks or logistical delays occur, delivery times may be extended.
However, we always work closely with our suppliers to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
Shipping method and origin
All products are shipped directly from our supplier in China.
Depending on the destination country, customs duties or import fees may be charged, which the customer is responsible for paying.
Liam & Fiona has no control over these additional costs and cannot be held responsible for them.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.
The price depends on the weight of the package, the country of delivery and the selected shipping method.
In certain cases, we may offer free shipping for promotions or orders above a certain amount – this is always clearly stated in the basket.
Responsibility during delivery

When the tracking information shows that the parcel has been delivered, responsibility for the item passes to the customer.

Any errors in the delivery address must be reported to us within 24 hours of placing the order.
Liam & Fiona cannot be held responsible for lost parcels as a result of an incorrect address or delivery information provided by the customer.
